#DoIt4Her – Help Refugee Women by Donating Your Unused Electronics
Abu Dhabi, UAE, 8 March 2019 – NSCC International is taking part in this charitable collection drive organised by Melltoo and Companies For Good, in support of The Big Heart Foundation. From 9 – 21 March 2019, we will be collecting any old or used IT/electronic items at our NSCC offices in Abu Dhabi, Mussafah and Dubai (click locations for maps).
Used devices (phones, tablets, laptops…) that you donate will be cleared from data and sold by Melltoo, with cash from the sales used to support displaced refugee women residing in Tripoli, Lebanon.
What kind of items can we donate?
- New and used electronics such as smartphones, tablets, computers, laptops, headphones, game consoles, etc.
- Damaged, but functional items, as they are sometimes bought for parts.
We CANNOT collect…
- Completely broken items (pieces missing etc).
- Non-electronic items, such as clothing or furniture.
